Tema US Company Reports is a financial dataset of statements extracted from the annual reports (10-K) and quarterly reports (10-Q) of US-domiciled public companies, as submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It includes data for over 7,000 companies, adding up to over 35 million datapoints. The dataset is updated weekly to account for new report submissions. Frequency can be increased on request.
Among others, datapoints include:
- Revenue from contract with customer excluding assessed tax
- Stockholders equity
- Defined benefit plan fair value of plan assets
- Stockholders equity including portion attributable to noncontrolling interest
- Revenues
- Net income loss
- Real estate and accumulated depreciation initial cost of land
- Real estate and accumulated depreciation initial cost of buildings and improvements
- Real estate accumulated depreciation
- Real estate gross at carrying value

As we expand coverage, the number of companies in the dataset will grow over time.
