UK Household Income is The Ark’s income model which provides gross household income estimates at individual household / address level for over 29m UK residential addresses.
The dataset is highly accurate and is a subset of The Ark’s UK Household File including ONS survey data and other data sources. The income model provides a robust, consistent and statistically reliable source of household income data for the whole of the UK.
Each address is supplied with the mean income as well as a percentage likelihood across 10 income bands from £0 to £20k through to £100k and over.
UK Household Income can be used to understand the wealth of individual households to support decision making such as offering services appropriate to the income of the household and assessment of whether certain households are likely to need financial support during times of economic stress.
Hosted in Snowflake, UK Household Income can be easily accessed and joined to any UK address, either using your own data matching software or The Ark’s JetStream key to key match solution.
